This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you register and use the SPRK MUSIC app or any of its affiliated mobile/tablet/web applications (the “App”).
When you are using the App , we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the App, we collect information about how many user profiles you visit, how many videos or pictures you upload, and information about how you interact with the App. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
Analytics: SPRK MUSIC collects some of your data to measure audience and for statistical reasons. This data from your device may be shared with some of our partners for these purposes. Our List of Partners are: Facebook and AppsFlyer.
Marketing: Your consent is requested in order to keep you from receiving SPRK MUSIC ads on our partner’s websites and to direct our ads to prospects with a similar profile as yours. Some data (your device ID, email and email address) are shared with our partners for this purpose. Your email address are encrypted and only shared if you have already entered this information on our partners’ sites. Our List of Partners are: Facebook and AppsFlyer.
Technical Requirements: To provide you with an optimal experience, SPRK MUSIC is required to collect certain necessary information. The data we collect from your device is technical data. When necessary, it may be shared with some of our technical partners. Our List of Partners are: Facebook Login, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, Google Ad Manager, Google Firebase and Braze.
We may collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally, when registering through the Site or our mobile iOS or Android application, we collect certain information from you, including your full name, email address, date of birth, sex, location (City or Town). Optional information we collect from you includes your race and a profile picture. We refer to this information as “User Information”.
As a purely music social platform, we also collect musical information from you including speciality / instrument(s) and genre(s). We refer to this information as “Musical Information.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, User Information and Musical Information.
We use the User and Musical Information that we collect generally to display on your Profile page and on the Artist Directory page so that other artists or fans can find you for employment or engagement opportunities such as performing at concerts, corporate events, for collaboration opportunities or for the main purpose of the App, namely for general entertainment purposes.
Additionally, we use User Information to:
– Communicate with you;
– Suspend or permanently delete your account if there is any evidence of you misusing the App or abusing any of its users; and
– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our services.
We use the Device Information that we collect generally to improve and optimize our App. For example, by generating analytics about how our users browse and interact with the App, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We may use App visit data to advertise/retarget you with advertising.

This information will be displayed on your (artist accounts only) profile page. This information is also used to help us with our marketing. |

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our users use the App.

When you register on the App, we will maintain your account Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
